Set on a hill side overlooking beautiful Friendship Bay this very comfortable and affordable two bedroom home has great views of the beach, the ocean and numerous islands in the distance.

Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. One has a king sized bed the other has two double beds. In addition there is a queen sized pull out sofa bed in the lounge. A sun room off the main lounge features a single day bed. Maid service is included in the price.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need and ample cupboard space. A cook will prepare your lunch/dinner for an additional EC$50 per day. The lounge has dining table and chairs and new wicker furniture. The sun room has a day bed, desk and lounge chairs. Both rooms feature large sliding patio doors opening onto a large covered verandah, looking out onto the ocean.

The verandah is furnished with comfortable loungers, a hammock and table and chairs. The verandah is where most people spend their time. It is shady, breezy quiet and has great views.

Friendship Bay beach is just a five minute walk. Close by there is is the Friendship Bay Hotel which has an excellent restaurant and a bar right on the beach.

This house is great value, priced right for long or short term visitors. The whole house has more space and privacy than similarly priced apartments.
