Pea Patch Estates
Situated in the hills above Spring Bay, Pea
Patch (so named because it was originally
just that - a place where the people grew peas!)
is a large, wood and stone built villa of great
architectural credibility and beauty. Built by
one of the most talented local architects on the
island, Mr. Nolly Simmons in 1981, the house fits
into its beautiful Caribbean surroundings with
ease. Pea Patch is one minutes drive or
ten minutes walk to the beach at Spring Bay and
a five minute drive from the harbour and shopping

spacious and has a beautiful, gentle breeze that
keeps a perfect temperature night and day, and
boasts 20 foot high rafters in many rooms. A large
terrace surrounds the house on three sides and
features tasteful garden furniture. Inside is
a collection of West Indian arts and crafts, beautiful
antique and hand-made Caribbean furniture, mixed
with modern facilities. There is a large, tree-lined
driveway, leading to the property.
The accommodation comprises
a large, built-in kitchen, with washing machine,
full size freezer, refrigerator, microwave, gas
oven and gas hobs, ideal for family cooking. Alternatively,
