Friendship Bay Beach House
Just 100 yards from Friendship Bay Beach this is a large 3,000 square foot, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. A one level home in large gardens fully fenced in making it ideal for families with children.

The house has both a front and rear covered verandahs. The rear verandah is furnished with very comfortable wicker chairs and outside dining table. A gas bbq grill is in the garden just off the verandah.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The bath has a shower and a two person tub, unusual for Bequia, but the house has a large water tank so conserving water is not a big a problem as it is in some homes.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The fourth bedroom is the smallest room and has a pull out sofa bed. Two additional bathrooms are located adjacent to the bedrooms.

The kitchen is very modern, with everything you might need. It has a gas and an electric stove, microwave, blender, large fridge and freezer and ample cupboard space. Adjoining the kitchen is a beautifully furnished dining room. The dining room opens onto the rear verandah.

There is a huge lounge with cable TV, stereo and plenty of comfortable seating. All of the rooms have ceiling fans and all of the windows are fully screened in even though mosquitoes are not a problem in this location.

The house is situated in a large well kept garden with a large level lawn area ideal for children to play. One other house and tropical foliage is situated between this villa and the beach so there aren't any ocean views.

Overall a very modern, large and comfortable house in a great location.
