Allamanda
Villa Allamanda is a spacious three bedroom villa. Located on the crest of a hill in Mount Pleasant, Bequia overlooking Admiralty Bay, Lower Bay and Princess Margaret beach. This three bedroom villa is set in a beautifully manicured tropical garden. Surrounded by mature mango trees and lush tropical foliage.

The house is totally private and quiet. It features a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, large gas barbecue grill, outside bar and sun patio. The house has a large covered verandah comfortably furnished with recliners, loungers, table and chairs. The verandah offers excellent views of the turquoise waters and yachts at anchor in the harbor below. You can see all the way down to the beach at Lower Bay.

A spectacular spot to watch the sunset over the ocean. Moonlight views are equally as breathtaking, the light of the moon reflects off the ocean. The jacuzzi is perfect to relax with a cool drink and enjoy the magnificent starry night skies.

The villa is set back in well manicured gardens. The entrance way leads into a spacious lounge. Furnished with comfortable wicker sofa and chairs this room has vaulted ceilings and large glass patio doors opening onto the verandah. There is cable TV, stereo and a formal dining table & chairs.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has ample counter and storage space, a large refrigerator, microwave and gas stove.

There are two large bedrooms on the ground level both with king-sized beds. Each has it owns private bathroom and spacious closet. Both have glass patio doors that open up onto the verandah. One bedroom opens directly on to the pool area. The bedrooms are either side of the house with the main living area in between to ensure privacy.

The third bedroom is situated downstairs. It has its own private entrance. This large room has a king-sized bed and an additional single bed. It has its own bathroom and comfortable seating area with fridge. This room also has separate cable TV and a large closet.

The covered verandah is well furnished with table and chairs, recliners and loungers. There is an outside bar overlooking the swimming pool. The views from here are magnificent, you are able to see all the way down to Lower Bay beach and look directly down onto the harbor. The swimming pool has a jacuzzi and a large sunterrace. There is also a gas barbecue grill. As with the rest of the house this outside patio area is completely private. The rear is fenced off with trellis and tropical plants to ensure complete privacy.
