The Plantation House
The Plantation House consists of a former colonial
residence (the Main House) with 5 Deluxe rooms,17
Cabanas and 5 Suites occupying two cottages,
surrounded by an immense, fragrant tropical
garden, in close proximity to a range of splendid
beaches, caressed by the clearest waters, reachable
on foot or by water-taxi, a complimentary service
for guests of the hotel.
Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast
buffet on the veranda, the choice of an excursion
to nearby uninhabited islands or a secluded
beach to soak up the sun. Take a exploration
walk to idyllic spots, scuba or snorkel with
tropical fishes. To top off your day, spend
sundown at our beachside Green Flash Bar and
Restaurant watching for the magic sunset, where
one may be so fortunate as to be present on
a unique natural event. Suddenly, the light
at the end of the horizon turns vividly green
for the space of a few seconds: it is the "green
flash", bringing good luck, and for which
our restaurant is named.
Plantation House offers a choice
of its own two restaurants, where you'll be
offered famous recipes executed to the standard
of Mediterranean Italian Haute Cuisine, but
revisited in a Caribbean rhythm with the freshest
seafood and local fruit and vegetables... Evenings
will develop around special themes and music.
“Cristobal Colon Restaurant”
Situated on the first floor's
patio of the Main House, it provides a rich
and inexhaustible breakfast buffet, in an atmosphere
of casual elegance. Breakfast served from 7.30
am to 10.30 am. Sunset will give to the patio
an ideal colonial atmosphere for romantic candlelight
dinners. Dinner served from 7 PM to 9.30 PM.
“Green Flash Bar e Restaurant”
The Restaurant Bar, on the water's
edge, gives you a magnificent panorama of Admiralty
Bay and is open every day. It's a delightful
place to meet for lunch or for the late afternoon
Happy Hour from 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM, or for an
Italian dish with a glass of good wine in the
sea breeze that wafts tales of the whalers of
old.
