TAXI
RATES
There are many taxis on Bequia, most taxis can seat up to twelve
people. There is a fixed rate for taxi journeys on the island see rates
below.
Taxis can be called island wide using the VHF radio system on Channel
68. Most restaurants and bars are equipped with VHF radios and will be
happy to call a taxi for you. Most drivers carry cell phones and can be
contacted accordingly.
Taxis also
accept US$ ($1.00 US = $2.60 EC)

1-4 persons = EC$52 (US$20) per hour
More
than 4 persons is EC$13 (US$5) per person per hour.
